The western tip of Meyer Road runs from Fort Road and ends in a Y-Junction, where the eastern end of Meyer Road splits into Tanjong Katong Road and Amber Road. Meyer Road is largely parallel to the expressway of East Coast Parkway (ECP).
The entry to Meyer Road from the ECP is either via the exit to Fort Road, or the exit to Tanjong Katong Road South, which connects to Amber Road before leading to the eastern end of Meyer Road.
The road name of Meyer Road was derived from Sir Reuben Manasseh Meyer, a Baghdadi Jewish and prominent naturalized British businessman and philanthropist.
Meyer Road is considered the most prime address in District 15 for condominiums, thanks to its sea-fronting location and proximity to the city.

Recent New Launches in Meyer Road and Amber Road Vicinity
The imminent launch of Meyer Mansion follows hot on the heels of the spate of new launches along Meyer Road and Amber Road in 2019. Meyer Mansion would be the 6th new project to be launched in the vicinity.

2019 URA Master Plan
Under the 2019 URA Master Plan, Meyer Mansion is designated as part of Marine Parade estate, which together with Geylang estate, makes up the Marine Parade/ Geylang URA Planning Area of Singapore. With the Government starting their implementation of a decentralization policy, Paya Lebar Central has been chosen as one of the new sub-regional centre.
